How to be comfortable with acne on a beach trip?

Hi, I have acne and acne marks on my back and I'm currently on a beach trip and I've been having a lot of anxiety about taking my shirt off. Does anyone have any advice on how to overcome this and be more comfortable with others seeing my acne?

If you have confidence they well see it. Also I know it's easier said then done but others don't care that you have acne. I have acne scars and it's really only me that sees it and gets turned off. Just be yourself and put on a smile. That's all everyone else will notice.
