I think it’s when there is some trauma to the skin it can provoke an immune response where the immune system goes in to repair the area, maybe the cut is causing it. Try salty water to wash or even a different band aid company or material like plastic type or fabric. If it’s psychological in triggering the psoriasis response try a cartoon style band aid to make it abit funny

Probably an allergy or sensitivity to something in the bandage. I am allergic to adhesives. I buy hypoallergenic bandaids and keep them with me all the time in case I need one. I use a brand called Patch, which is made from bamboo. 10/10 recommend 👌

Oh I'll have to check it out! And yeah I figured out that I'm most likely allergic to the adhesive, maybe even the entire bandaid. I was so confused because it just started happening out of nowhere after having used bandaids for years, specifically to cover up mosquito bites in the summer.

You are probably allergic to the adhesive, me and my sisters all have psoriasis to varying degrees, we have to be really careful with which ones we use. Xx

Yeah I just recently realized that I'm probably allergic to the adhesive after my most recent experience. My skin was literally bubbling 😬
