I have found that it does help improve my mood, if there is a day where I do not take it I notice a difference. I feel like the when I first started taking it the difference in mood get bigger, which may be that I’m getting used to the difference.

I took Vyvanse for 7+ years throughout middle and high school and I'm still convinced it was what uprooted my anxiety, specifically social anxiety. I wouldn't talk to people, the idea of asking for ketchup at a restaurant made me cry. It was SO bad but when I didn't take it I was fine. I do think it helped stabilize my moods somewhat, it definitely got me through the day

I couldn't take vyvanse. It made me mean and angry. All I wanted to do was focus on the task at hand and if anyone talked to me I got pissed. Then I would crash when it wore off.
