I have little pill boxes I bought off Amazon and I keep it either in my purse or pocket. Then I use the Medisafe app to remind me. It pops up over everything on your screen and tells you which meds it's time to take.

I used to forget all the time and not do anything about it, but then I started facing withdrawal symptoms that made me feel even worse. I have a pill case (7 little cases for every day) for the week and can take each day's pills out in its own little case and take them with me wherever I go. I set a reminder on my phone for 8 AM, 12 PM, 3 PM, and 8 PM, and I take them as soon as I can. It kinda helps me set up a routine for the rest of my day, so I don't mind it anymore now that I see the benefits of keeping up with my meds lol
