How do you guys maintain a regular exercise routine while listening to your body and managing symptoms?

I got a Cubii go and it has been the best thing for me! Maintaining a regular exercise schedule is pretty much impossible, being careful not to push yourself too far on good days is really important to prevent flares. Low impact aerobic exercise is best and should be done in small increments. A set of hand weights is a good investment!

I have not been able to create a routine yet, I just try to do a few exercises on my good days.

I struggle with this so much! I honestly focus more on listening to my body and I consider small things exercise and give myself credit for them (going grocery shopping or running any errands that exert a lot of energy and have my physically moving).

I just kinda go with the flow and move my body when I can.

Lots of low impact stuff, bed yoga was really helpful, but I’ve deffo fallen off of it. I also try to do a few squats/push-ups/etc before hopping in the shower, since a shower is a pots flare waiting to happen for me 🥲

I used to hike a lot because theres a beautiful forest near where i live but that ended up being hell on the knees and ankles, so i started swimming as much as i can and i actually really like it! i'm not able to do it nearly as much as id like to but id reccomend it to anyone who has access to that sort of thing
