Always hungry but too scared to eat more bc I might flare up depending what I’ll eat. I’m losing more and more weight and I have no idea what I’m doing wrong!

This is one of the things that makes me wonder if I even have it because we are supposedly supposed to LACK hunger and be nauseated, but I'm always the first one hungry in my house.

Yes because we don’t have the sensations of being full like a normal person has . It feels like I’m always hungry 😣
