Does anyone else get a bad period flu?
Does anyone get a bad period flu? I get horrible bloating, elevated temperature, hot flashes, and chills leading up to my period. Because my periods are irregular, sometimes this can last 10-15 days. It’s horrible.

No :( I’ve read about estrogen dominance and some ways to reduce that through better eating and exercise habits but no improvement yet
