Need advice on back support for office chair
I will be working from home soon and need a back support for my office chair. I have a herniated disc at L4 and a degenerative disc at L5. I also have levoscoliosis (curvature of spine to the left). If anyone has any similar conditions, what do you recommend for back chair support? My physical therapist reccemonded a sacral chair pad, but there's so many to choose from! Any help is appreciated, thank you.

I bought a couple of lumbar support for my chairs at home and in my car. I don’t know the specific model but they all look the same
