Need advice on back support for office chair

I will be working from home soon and need a back support for my office chair. I have a herniated disc at L4 and a degenerative disc at L5. I also have levoscoliosis (curvature of spine to the left). If anyone has any similar conditions, what do you recommend for back chair support? My physical therapist reccemonded a sacral chair pad, but there's so many to choose from! Any help is appreciated, thank you.

Hi! I am in a similar boat to you and @jewels18. I have a sacral chair pad and lumbar support back pillow on my office chair. Both are ComfiLife brand. I even use a second sacral one between the kitchen table and the car! Has helped me a lot to take the edge off the harder seats as well as vibration in the car. Hope you find the best fit! Getting comfy in chairs is hard. I have herniations L4/5 as well as L5/S1. Just start trying different lumbar pads. I have a straight back chair and it kills my back so the pad I bought clips around the chair and sits right in the curve and lower part of my back. Made a ton of difference. The brand is slipping me but I’m sure you can look up clip on lumbar support pad and it will populate many different options.
