Dealing with Back Pain and Anxiety

Today feeling a little bit better. My back is killing me. I think I need to go to therapy for my back. It’s really been killing me. I use the heating pad it helps a little bit. My anxiety is maybe a medium today. Yesterday was 100 but slept good so I helped out.

Can you help? connect today

Thank you so much I really have no one to talk to. Yeah today my anxiety is up there again 100. It’s hard when I’m at work your chest gets real tight. I took a pill to make me relax but now I’ll be like a zombie and I can’t leave my job, so I can pray the time goes by quick then I can go home. Take a nice hot shower then lay down. I don’t understand why I can’t be normal. I felt so good this morning I got up went to the gym did food shopping you know ran around and when I leave for work, anxiety kicked in. I don’t know what it could be.
