I'm with Unicorn19. I use an app as well. My newest one is called Corra. You set up symptoms that you want to keep track off and can add as new things pop up. After logging for a minimum of 15 days it will start to make correlations. For example- you have more joint pain on the days you eat raw vegetables or more joint pain on days you get less than 9 hours of sleep. It will also send you PDFs you can share with your doctor to show them how you've been feeling out things your struggling with. Not free, but worth it. The other app I use is Pain Scale. I use it more for tracking specific pain points.
What's the name of the app?
I have an app that I enter how I feel each day so I can catch trends

Sometimes it’s hard to notice, especially when it’s slow. Maybe try bullet journaling your symptoms and good and bad days so that you can see the progression better in a more visual format?
