Hi I'm new I just made my account. I have had ADD my whole life and believe I developed anxiety mid elementary and depression soon after but didn't know till high school and didn't get diagnosed till I graduated. I also struggle with trauma. I love learning about how helpful and important supplements and plants can be and do find they help. Feel free to chat me!
