Hey there, mental health is really important so just to cover my basis I recommend psychologist to help as a start (I know there hard to find now). Anyway I have been on this journey for a while now and I recently tried Ketamine treatment and I’m impressed. A complete cessation of negative thoughts and feelings, more energy, I feel more outgoing and more accepting of my situation. They allege a 75% success rate and so far so good. I have other issues I’m working on but this helped a lot and hope it helps you!
