      Are you talking about depression? I have both. It's extremely hard because I have very severe adhd and it's hard to stay focused or motivated to do anything on my own and I'm almost 30 and still need my parents to help remind me to do basic things like take my meds and brush my teeth. It's definitely a major contributor to my depression because I feel helpless. The important thing is to think of the positives and to keep getting up when you fall. You need a support system to help you see the positives when you're not in the mood to see it yourself. That's the best I can recommend.

          @raechel well... It's a bit unbelievable honestly but it works. I have a joy that never stops. Raechel I gave my life to Jesus and I started reading the Bible and praying among other things. I'm happy, even when things are hard and bad things happen. I pray which is nothing more than a conversation between me and God and Jesus and the Holy Spirit. I know it sounds crazy but..,. Before Jesus, my younger brother his name is Nick. Our friends used to call me Nick's crazy brother... I had super ups and debilitating paralyzing downs. Now..... Tho... Im good I wake up ... Well I'm not a morning person but once I'm awake I'm ready to take on my day and knock some stuff out.... I have so much love in my heart it's beautiful and awesome.
