update on my mental journey post breakdown. I decided to keep posting to help document my process. Since last week I had no sense of time passing, even with my meds my thoughts cloud everything and make it impossible to focus, my emotions are in that same hurricane like state. It just feels like I'm observing everything outside my body. Absolutely nothing feels right anymore. Things are the same but everything feels different. sorry for the long post, I really need to say something about this
