My B12 Was 58 in June 2021 - Struggling for Answers

Hello everyone just downloaded this app today , My b12 was 58 in June 2021 So many symptoms I know a lot more than I did starting but I don’t feel any better Finally got on more shots and we don’t know if I absorb properly or not still to this day. Feeling like I’m in a dream constantly as well as bad brain fog and lightheaded a lot dizzy, pot like symptoms but we don’t know for sure if pots too, pale skin, no energy , can’t walk very much probably because the low energy -after all b12 is a energy vitamin, my tounge was swollen , tingling fingers at times, numb feet, pass out feeling with strange heartbeat ,had a yeast infection in my throat from being so low along with low vitmain D, it’s all so bad I can’t even describe to you what I go through. I can’t work or go to classes anymore thank good graduated . Was getting my first apartment can’t do that unfortunately now back with my mom and it’s hard when all everyone says is push yourself when I am severely sick Doctor after doctor Some care some are arrogant and some just don’t know what they are talking about with this Example: “you are so young to have this maybe don’t” “Maybe the lab was wrong” Ok the lab can’t just be wrong if I didn’t take any sort of supplement on the testing day and no one contacted me that it was wrong plus at the time balance was really bad and which is a big indicator That one is on and off now but every other symptom is the same as day one finding this out Who wants to just feel normal again? I feel like I fell in the cracks I also have autism but higher functioning So mental health is blamed a bit at times Also , a new rhumologist told me I should of been told to be admitted into the ER for IV version of b12 first befor the shots were started and on ivs being monitored&relaxing , and having fluids to keep hydrated all that My level being 58 is almost zero . Another 1-2 months I could of had a heart attack or anything could of happened to me . Organs could of shut down it’s so scary One doctor said could of been permanently in a wheelchair Right now to be honest I’m not far from it Found this in June 2021 started having symptoms May 2021 And now here I am worse than ever scrambling for more answers and more help too Thanks for listening all !
