If you can get a medical marijuana card that helps with sleep it's really good

Have you tried trazadone or temazepam....just throwing something out there š¤
Yes I do all the time nothing helps me sleep
Yeah I know what you mean I think I got about 3 hours last night. It's hard, have you tried anything to help you sleep?
No sleep here either. Iāve been struggling with it since, weāll as long as I can remember really. Now, with so much pain and increased anxiety, Iām lucky to get more than 4 hours in a rowā¦ ever. Itās all so hard.

My doctor put me on muscle relaxers to sleep. Works great and no more restless nights.

Sleep eludes me always- I try many tricks but itās a challenge.
I do...started to take 3mg of Melatonin. Seems to help a bit.
Oh yes! Ever since I was a newborn! The only time I ever slept well was when I was exhausted as a teenager and now I stay up about 3 days with napping at night before I get close to a normal night of sleep.
Yes. I have trouble falling asleep due to mind racing and also due to pain. Most nights I take for pain and to help me fall asleep.

Iāve been taking 100 mg of Trazodone and sleeping like a baby. No morning hangover!
I have issues with sleep deprivation that has been ongoing for about 25+ years. I usually fall asleep (get about 3-4 hrs) after being up for 2-3 nights. I've struggled with the ability to fall asleep, stay asleep & be able to go back to sleep if woken up. I've also struggled with night terrors too and have tried almost every sedative. I finally had to think outside the box and not focus so much on sleep (ex. trying to go to sleep) or lack of sleep. I decided to find ways that would relax my body enough (while awake) so that my body could still benefit (heeling) like it would from sleep.
Maybe a couple hours here or there.
Yes indeed.. I feel like I never sleep! š„
Falling asleep is extremely difficult: I use 1-2 breathing which can get results 75 percent of the time. Hot showers/hot bath , heating pad helps too
Especially if pain wakes me up. Then I have to take something for that and the restlessness then Iām up for hours.
Yes. Falling to sleep is horrible. I have to take meds.
Yep! It takes me so long to get to sleep! If something wakes me in the middle of the night, I canāt fall back to sleep for 2-3 hours.
