I'm pretty sure I have autoimmune disease. I'm female, in my 30s. I have PCOS but I hyperovulate, irregular and infrequent periods is not a thing, I will literally get 18-20 periods yearly on average. My libido is normal, I can not lose weight, I'm 50 to 60 lbs too heavy. I have frequent infections, frequent cold and flu. My gut is messed up, I can't have dairy, I can't have various types of nuts (not an allergy, just really aggressive on my digestive system). I have intermittent fatigue, some days worse than others. Insomnia is constant. Irregular heartbeat, low blood pressure, high beat per minute (my heartbeat is in the 90s usually). Lots of irritability and my skin is itchy every single day, just like everywhere. I still have acne in my 30s. At random times, I get muscle cramps, muscle numbness. Family history is heart problems, cancer, diabetes - on both sides. I never tested positive for diabetes. I wasn't allergic to gluten when tested.
