My doctors and I are having a hard time figuring out what is causing my hives and angiodema. It's not an allergy or any of the major autoimmune disorders. But now there are signs of damage to my kidneys. Does anyone know any autoimmune diseases that could be causing fever, hives, angiodema, and kindey problems?

I recently found out the cause of my angioedema is from alpha gal... it's caused by a lone star tick bite and has made me allergic to mammalian meats and byproducts. The symptoms didn't appear for me until several hours later so I had no idea what was causing it until I asked my Dr for the alpha gal blood test since my mom suggested it and to no surprise it was positive, but no angioedema symptoms for me since I have quit consuming anything from mammals.
