Dealing with Flaking and Pitted Fingernails with Autoimmune Disease

I have found my nails is getting dry. And the skin underneath is dry and sore..my cuticles are even effected.

I started adding collagen to my morning cup of coffee. My finger nails, skin and hair have greatly improved. I use a brand called Native Path but there are several out there.

Yes, I also have this problem. I haven’t found anything to fix it so far unfortunately.
