Yeah i just discovered i am too! Masking for me is so automatic when I’m in public, i used to think it was me but i realized it’s not later. I also have bipolar 1, and my biggest fear is having a mixed episode in public, which has landed me in both jail and the mental hospital multiple times.

Yeah I just don’t know what is “real” about my personality.. it’s so frustrating
