Be your self if they don't like that side of you then they're not a Ture friend and there's no need to be upset by that

I found it's easier to click with other people who are autistic/adhd. Someone who gets your experiences somewhat and who you can sympathize with as well.

Also as an autistic girl with GAD it can be difficult putting yourself out there. Heck there was one time I had a panic attack after I had a call with someone I just started talking to. But something that helps me is practice, and it's still not easy, but it gets better
