self diagnosing is super valid!! im not diagnosed and im not even sure if i WANT to be diagnosed because there are different pros and cons that come with it.

self diagnosis is absolutely valid when it comes to things like autism!! diagnosis is a privilege not everyone has access to- im not diagnosed either, but i am still fairy certain im autistic!

With how difficult it is to get a professional diagnosis, I think it's completely valid. As long as you do your own research, you should be fine
