Struggling with Autism and Parenting: Need Advice

thank you so much for your advice I'll definitely try it out. It's been so hard trying to find a schedule that works for them as well as me. And I think that's a majority of the problem. It's just so overwhelming when I don't have one 😅

Hi! I’m not a parent but I have a sister who is also autistic and has 3 kids, know that it’s time that kids care about, maybe introduce your special interests to them, start out days slow, set nap times and people say screen time is bad but if you need time to sit and charge, use it
