is anyone else with Autism or OCD really picky with what food they eat? I only have around 8-10 different foods I'm eating at the moment (none of which are fruits or vegetables).

To eat veg I put it in a fruit smoothie, add a lot of water, and blend 3 times. It feels a lot like juice then. Maybe not great for my teeth but I do get some nutrition

My 8 year old stepson has ASD and all he will eat is chicken nuggets and pizza and cereal. We're trying to get him to eat right. But we always try to give him something new and sometimes he likes it and will eat all of it but other times he will have a meltdown.
Ditto. I have many things on my "will not eat" list. Mainly all fresh out frozen fruits and vegetables are ok with me as long as they're not spicy hot. Then there's chicken, turkey and fish. And I'm very particular about those. 😂😇 So yes. Picky food. Pick pick pick

I have autism but both are known for causing picky food habits. I'm basically stuck on certain carbs foods but for me more vegetables.
