Struggling with Multiple Conditions After Autism Diagnosis

How did you get diagnosed?👀 Or who? I honestly don't know how it's done.. or how a person gets diagnosed

I don't know about other places but I just talked to my physician about my past talking to therapists and asked if there were any resources or ways I could get tested.

I think it’s most helpful to think in terms of what you want out of life. For me reclaiming motivation if my biggest desire that mental illness is complicating as of now, so I’m personally focusing on getting my depression and ADHD in more manageable forms.
