I'd recommend going to a psychologist, they'll be able to diagnose you. If you don't have the money for that, feel free to ask me questions about it!

Go to embrace-autism.com they have a bunch of tests you can take to help you figure out if you are autistic. I recommend the RAADS-R the most, but the autism spectrum quotient, empathy quotient, and the CAT-Q tests are also great. Taking these tests before getting a medical diagnosis makes the process a lot easier too.

i think there’s a lot of stigma around self diagnosis. you should do extensive research before deciding that it fits, only bc the issue w self diagnosis is “appropriating”/speaking over ppl who have been diagnosed. that sounds harsh… what i’m trying to say is, it’s absolutely normal and acceptable to self diagnose autism but i suggest trying to educate yourself ab it and remember that not everyone experiences it the same way

emphasis on: being undiagnosed doesn’t make you any less valid than ppl who are. i only got diagnosed this year bc of financial stability, and lack of support growing up
