I'm currently waiting for an assessment, I spoke to my doctor about it and she referred me.. I just had to fill in a questionnaire and we went from there.

You can try taking the RAADS-R test online and look at the symptoms through reliable sources as well as symptom comparison with the mental health conditions you already have to see if there's any symptoms you have that stands out and go to a doctor. Worst case scenario you're wrong and get diagnosed with something else or you learn something new about a condition that you already have, then you can at least look for help in symptom management.

I took the RAADS-R, and this was my score: Total:126 Language:10 Social relatedness:54 Sensory/motor:30 Circumscribed interests:32

My total is 193 Language: 15 Social relatedness:81 Sensory/motor:57 Circumscribed interests:40 126 is definitely a score worth checking out especially if you feel you fit the symptoms.
