I have an autism assessment on Feb 22, and I'm super nervous. On top of that, if luck is on our side and the universe decides to stick with me just a little bit longer, we'll be moving literally next weekend. Which is a big change and gonna be something I'm going to be actively recovering from by the time the assessment rolls around. I don't know what to expect during the assessment and I don't know how I'm going to make it through when it's very likely I'll be tired and recovering from the major life change of moving at the time. Anyone have advice on how to handle this, or an idea of what the autism assessment will entail? I'm a teen if it affects the assessment.
