I get frustrated and snap at people but my true anger hurts so I can’t say I get angry but I do get very frustrated or irritated and lash out

I try not to snap at people which I think makes the anger inside worse because I bottle it up, but I don’t want to let it out as I don’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings. It’s not an easy thing to deal with

Me too! Honestly I bottle up my anger if I get angry in public/work & then I end up ranting & overthinking everything! But now I'm trying to not bottle it away & let it out instead of acting like nothings wrong when a co-worker makes me mad. And it takes a lot to make me mad. So when I'm mad, I'm mad.

I bottle it up too. I feel bad if I speak my mind though. They must’ve been shocked the first time you let the anger out 😂
