Struggling with Athletic Injuries and Back Pain

Yes I am learning to see the good and bad of this over time and pain stakingly. You’re 100 percent right it is humbling but raises so many questions like, how will I deal with this with kids one day or what will it look like at 80 (lord willing). While those questions come, i try to remember only one day at a time but still can’t help thinking.
