Dealing with IBS during pregnancy

I am a 11 weeks and 3 days pregnant with a twin pregnancy that resulted in only one baby making it after 2 very recent previous miscarriages, so I'm "high risk" but I'm suffering badly with IBS flare ups today, is there anything I do to help that isn't medicine?

But today my flare up is just diarrhea and gas. With some stomach cramping. It's making it hard to really function around my house

Dr says I have "IBS-M"? I'm not sure if that's what you mean. I have a mixture between constipation and diarrhea. My IBS is a side affect of my anxiety. I'm not super knowledgeable about it my Dr just said there wasn't much he could do for me while I was pregnant and trying to conceive :/
