Struggling with Asthma in Changing Weather

I'm feeling really frustrated, the weather changes from like 30 degrees to almost 90 degrees and my asthma is super bad because of it. I take my regular powder inhaler but I have needed my rescue inhaler 2 puffs 3 different times today. I'm so dizzy if I don't take it.

I think you should tell your doctor about your usage usually they’re very kind when it comes to inhalers
