      Try as much as possible to stay away from polluted environment, stuffy rooms and any place you think you’re not comfortable. Try as much as possible to work out everyday.( this really helps) ..... Good luck my friend 👍

      My asthma is really bad as well but two things that helped me lessen it were weightlifting (because I had to learn how to monitor/control my breathing) and finding hobbies that would relax and put me at ease (since when I’m stressed I tend to get hospitalized)

      Identify what triggers it and work around it. I can help with ways to work around that if you want

          @stub not really, unfortunately. Mine is worse when I am under stress. I had it real bad at one time myself. Stress and anxiety at the time had landed me in the hospital several times.
