Anyone know any good apps for tracking my Asthma? Currently using my notes app, but kinda want something more reliable.

      Propeller is a good one I've used for the last several years. They'll actually send you a transmitter that fits on your inhaler that tracks how often you have to use it and will give you tips and good info. Sending hugs

      Airlyn is one I have heard about but I haven't used it much to be honest. Sensio air is good if you also have allergies

      I use a journaling program/app called Obsidian for basically everything, including tracking hobbies, symptoms, etc. but it's got quite the learning curve if you want to do more than just the basics. Its main appeal for me is just that the notes are more future proof and the data is stored locally / I own all my data.

        @DragonflyHKD Sorry probably more accurate to say it's a note taking app but I use it for journaling daily!

      I use journal my health. It’s not specifically designed for asthma but it’s super customizable and makes charts/graphs based on your data. Also it’s completely free unlike a bunch of the other ones. Good luck!
