Hey does your asthma just bother you when you do physical activities or also at other times?

Mine is always triggered by physical activity, but the type of activity is what’s different to most, sometimes just sitting up in the morning after I wake up, leads to a ICU admission, movements that small can often be a trigger, other days I can walk for miles with no attack, it’s very bizarre!

All day every day. Allergens, scents, exercise, smoke, and cold make it worse

Mine is the worst during the winter time. I don't know why but I'm always using my inhaler more during the winter. When my dog was alive and I walked him frequently, it was hell on my asthma during winter. I guess the cold air does something to my lungs. It was one more reason I loved summer which is ironic because my mom always kept me from humid and hot climates as a child because doctors told her that would be the worst for me 💀😂

It gets worse with my allergies, high dust/smoke air content, when I'm smoking, during temperature/humidity changes, and during panic attacks/meltdowns/illnesses. Sometimes the hiccups also get me or I go into a yawning fit bc I'm too wheezy

Mine bothers me no matter what I'm doing. Physical exertion is just the worst of it.
