Has anyone tried ashwagandha for stress?

Has anyone had any success with taking ashwagandha for stress? My therapist suggested it but I have such trouble remembering to take my regular medications that I want to be sure it's even worth the trouble. I've never had a lot of luck with supplements like this. The pharmaceuticals aren't even doing their jobs.

I take it before bed to help me calm down before bed. Try getting a pill organizer to put your meds in and put it somewhere you will remember to take them. Just gotta keep reminding yourself to get into the habit of taking them. I sometimes find putting sticky notes to remind yourself to take just put them places you go frequently like the bathroom mirror or the frig

I really like that sticky notes idea! The pill organizer alone doesn’t seem to remind me! 🤣 thanks for sharing! I’m also going to do research on that medicine you mentioned.
