Looking for Support and Connection After ASD Diagnosis

I was diagnosed with ASD a couple of weeks ago, and I was hoping to find some support and connection with other people like myself.

One question I do have is, what part of the spectrum are you in for autism? I'm high functioning and I have Asperger's syndrome.

Absolutely. I've lived with Autism for the last almost 21 years, and I have learned how to cope and stuff with it. Whatever you need to know, I'm here to help! Send me a text anytime, and I'll do my best to answer.

yay! Although, I wouldn't call it Autist. It's kind of like calling someone who is visually impaired blind. I would say something like, "We have a new member with autism joining our ranks." I'm not mad, I'm just saying, people could get offended by the word "Autist" even though they are considered autistic. I'm not offended personally, but I'm just saying other people might be.
