Struggling with Clutter and Organization as Someone with ASD

Does anyone else with ASD struggle with keeping your room clean or clutter, and feeling overwhelmed by the mess to actually deal with it, but also enjoy organizing, such as sorting items, and rearranging a desk set up?

YES lmao my partner and I both struggle with it immensely, although he doesn't enjoy the meticulous organizing as much as I do

OMG YES. I always thought it was a little quirk of mine. I also have ADHD so I just thought it was more linked with that. My mom and I have been fighting over my bedroom for as long as I can remember. Yet my 3000 pokemon cards are super specifically organized and my videogames are immaculate. Mom has been calling me lazy for years because of it.
