Struggling to Stay Thin with Arthritis

Anyone else find it hard to stay thin while having arthritis? I'm on the lower end of the bmi scale but I don't think I actually LOOK skinny. I find it really hard to burn enough calories. I know I can diet, but I can't just keep cutting my calories over and over. I'll be hungry all the time if I keep my calorie limit so low. But I don't really know how to excercise. Will trying to run hurt me more than it will help me? I can't afford a gym membership or anything. How can I burn calories without hurting myself?

Personally, ive found it really helpful to switch to foods that dont cause infammation. Im able to enjoy fruit more as i consume less sugar. A good sugar sub is stevia. :)
