New to the Group, Seeking Arthritis Support

Hello Iam new to here and wanted to reach out to find people who can relate to what Iam going through and to give and get support! So for example I have a doctors appointment today and not looking forward to it, it’s for my arthritis and how my new medicine is working! Always feel nervous and doubtful that I won’t say enough and won’t know how to express and explain everything!? Thank you for listening

Yep I write out a page of what's going on ?s and what tests I want or any referrals I need. Your doctor will appreciate you being able to communicate clearly. Makes your visit much smoother with less stress.

Because I have hella brain fog 🙄🤣 I write down my talking points so that I don’t forget anything.. I go over and check it.. I also do a body scan and see how I’m feeling it anything has changed .. new symptoms etc.. Hope this helps 💕
