Didn’t see any difference with food diet

But if I have a cold flu or tiredness makes arthritis worse

I am a gluten free vegetarian. This diet has helped the RA & OA. It is not a cure by any means but the flares of RA are less often & not quite as bad. I've done so very much research on this topic & have learned a great deal. Taking extra good care of yourself is always a good thing.

I've heard that a vegan diet is the best. I've heard so many different things I dnt know what is and what isn't any good anymore. I've been told not to eat any meat, especially red. And that animal milk can cause inflammation of the joints. Fish is supposed to be good.
