      Yes. I wish there were more options in my area for it. It is either extremely hard to find or too expensive to afford. I did however get a new journal/book (?). It is made by a guerilla artist it's called "wreck this journal". I honestly haven't felt this creative on a LONG time. It made me realize how much I miss it.

      Art is one of the only things that consistently helps me- especially when physically agitated. I take my iPad everywhere and draw and then when I am home I do watercolors. Hugely helpful
