      With fibro, I've heard a lot of different diets work/don't work. Prioritize eating what makes you feel good/what you really want. Eat something you like even if people say it's not good for you, but be careful with possible outcomes. This comes from someone who has gone vegetarian, almost vegan, because animal fat makes me sick. But I still love fried chicken. When I want some really bad, I eat just a bit and try to deal with the results. Bottom line, food is something both necessary and for you to enjoy. It's your journey on what you want your diet to me

      Diets!! I have a metal heart valve and am on warfarin plus am diabetic. Very difficult to keep my INR at the right level.
