Your heavy flow can definitely be a contributing factor. I’ve been taking iron during my periods and I’ve noticed a great improvement. B-12 is also a really great supplement you can take. The fatigue is unfortunately the nature of the beast when I comes to periods 😕 Drink plenty or water, try to take a walk outside and if you can squeeze in a 15-20 min nap, I highly recommend that. If all else fails, know that this will pass and it’s completely normal. Sometimes just knowing and accepting that helps a ton! Good luck & I hope you feel better soon!

Yes always take care of yourself listen to your body dont push too hard durring these times. I take potassium to help with cramps, b12 for a little energy boost and green tea if I need extra caffeine. I also try to get 1 liquid iv in thats a pretty good source of electrolytes and potassium. Take long showers sit in the shower try to do something that will make you a little happy if it's a fast-food meal a drink or video games. It's rough and it seems like forever but this too shall pass. You got it! I hope you feel better 💕

Are you on iron supplements? If not I'd definitely recommend starting some, and get your bloods checked to make sure your levels are where they should be.
