Anxious About Showering Alone

Anyone else get super anxious showering by themselves? I can't shower alone. Someone has to be in the bathroom with me at least. I hate it.

I used to get super paranoid about showering alone I started putting a stuffed animal on watch on the sink and playing music to try to help. I hope your anxiety about this improves
