I understand whete you're coming from. I'm mot seeing a therapist right now, but have done it many times. I have found it very helpful. I am honest with them and say what I think and feel. I feel that's the best way to get help from the therapist, is expressing yourself

I totally get this. Its how i felt with my therapist too. I actually told him my concerns on our second meeting and he said im all good. He likes his job and said it doesnt make him tired. I know feeling like a burden/like you annoy others is an internal insecurity that comes from being rejected and blindsided too many times. But not everyone feels burdened by you. Its something i have to remind myself of frequently. I still struggle with it, but sometimes i try to have some faith and it turns out alright. I like to think itll get better over time.

The feeling that you’re therapist is mad/annoyed/angry is probably something that you should bring up to them. You’re therapist is there to help you, not to ridicule you.
