Yes, definitely! My anxiety prior to the pandemic was already there, increased once it started, then got real bad after I caught Covid. I caught mine during the Delta variant but not sure if that’s what I had or what has made the anxiety worse or not. It’s been 4 months since I caught Covid and my anxiety is still high, even being on meds. 😑🙈

Yes, I definitely feel like my anxiety attacks are worse since having Covid-19. I think spending so much more time at home is not very good for me either. I have been trying to make sure I get out at least once a day and exercise more especially when I am having anxiety or depression issues.

I’ve had anxiety attacks since COVID hit, but I think they were more related the political, social, and cultural climate. I am going through some serious depression right now, but that’s related to losing both of my parents in a short period of time, my dad’s birthday was last week and the anniversary of my mom’s passing is next month, and my physical symptoms are getting so bad I can barely do anything and I feel useless.

Having CV19 was definitely a stressful situation. It took time for me to get back to normal.
