What are your anxiety triggers? I have been anxious almost the whole day. I did drink a matcha drink in the morning, which I think triggered my anxiety due to the caffeine and I keep getting panicky and scared like I want to pass out.

@Bobaqueen i feel you. I've been back and forth with caffeine and finally gave it up. I drink decaf now. We're just sensitive to caffeine just as some people are sensitive to certain food

All of those seem to trigger my anxiety, too. I have stopped consuming anything with caffeine for a couple of months and then I started feeling better but then I started drinking green matcha tea and it didn't affect me for the first 2 months but then I started to get my anxiety back again this week, so now I have to go back to no caffeine at all. It sucks because I start to experience headaches when I stop drinking caffeine for a couple of days.

My anxiety triggers are 1) Coffee!! 2) Not drinking enough water 3) Being very hot 4) Anything that increases my heart rate (ex: coffee, dehydration) 5) Eating Junk food like McDonald's
