Emerging research indicates anxiety is related to inflammation in the brain. The Leto diet has shown positive results on decreasing anxiety by 6 weeks on the diet. Hope this helps.

The are some Holistic places in my city, maybe try that. I wish I could but I can’t afford it and my insurance won’t cover it. I’m really into natural healing

Guided meditations, walking, and journaling help. It helps me to distract myself when I’m anxious. Sometime I write an angry letter to my anxiety. Sounds weird but it’s helped me. Hope you find something to help you. I know how hard it is to struggle with anxiety. Also, regular massages help my body feel relaxed.

Hi Doobiesnacks, If you're into research like me, then the amino acid L-theanine is worth looking into. It is beneficial for people who suffer with anxiety. It helps calm the mind and body. Amino acids are best taken on an empty stomach. Your level of anxiety will dictate how many miligrams you should take; assuming it's approved by your doctor
